Jerry. Hi everyone, here I am working out with my Bowflex. You all have seen the ads on TV and in the Sunday newspapers, etc. Is this baby worth it? You better believe it! I love it! Really, I tried working out with clothes on, and I'm always sweating and never seem to dry out. Ah, but while nude, my body sweats and dries as I go.
