| River Island Report, New South Wales, Australia. Recently about 20 members of the Free Beach Association of New South Wales spent four days at River Island (November 3rd to 6th, 2000). This was the fourth year that most of these naturists have enjoyed this get-together, in the luxury cabins and the caravans (me) beside the Wollondilly River in this beautiful valley... | Sydney Nude Beaches Report. In March and April 2005 I took a two month holiday to Australia, my favorite country on earth! It was my fifth trip and a combination of business and pleasure. I got a great deal on QANTAS, normally an expensive carrier. I paid USD$659. for Honolulu-Sydney return, 60 day stay! Half of normal. Unlike my other visits, I did not have the option of leaving the Sydney area. Despite that handicap, I was able to re-visit nude beaches I had been to on earlier trips, and try a couple I had not been to before. The weather gave the extra bonus as April 2005 was one of the warmest on record in Sydney. I based myself in the southern beachside suburb of Coogee, mainly for its easy access to the airport and oceanfront setting. It has lots of young people as the University of New South Wales is only one km up the road... (click preceding link to read the rest of the report.) |

New Zealand
| Join a New(d) Zealand Tour. 2001. 100% pure is the claim of the advertising and with the exception of the major towns and cities which have some pollution from traffic, so it is. With a population of 3.5 million (1.5 million in Greater Auckland alone) spread over the two main islands, both of which are some 600 miles from one end to the other it is easy to see how pollution free it all is. The sheep and cattle remain in the fields all year round living on the lush grass, electricity is generated from either hydro-electric or thermal sources, abundant water comes from the mountains. Yes there is a large amount of rainfall but this tends to come in short heavy bursts, rather than continuous light rain. The North East of the North island is sub-tropical and dense rain forest is found in many areas, yet the Canterbury Plains can be very dry in summer... | KatiKati Naturist Park - New Zealand. 2005. As part of a tour if the North Island in 2005 I stayed for a few days at the KatiKati Naturist Park and can thoroughly recommend it. Run by naturists, it is a quiet haven, well supported by excellent facilities. There are options of camping, caravanning, staying in a cabin or a chalet. Being aged 68, and disposed towards comfort, I opted for a chalet. When I visited there were two chalets available with another in an advanced stage of construction. Rather that try to describe the site I suggest that their web site is visited, which tells all about the park. Katikati Naturist Park I shall be visiting again this coming November. Thanks Brian for the report! |
