My Day Trip To The Four Seasons

I have been to this resort twice now and am ready to share my thoughts on it.

Since there was only one time when I really enjoyed it I will share it here now with you. We, Andy and I went up the Saturday before our Canadian Thanksgiving. It was cloudy but semi warm. We arrived just around noon and headed to the change room after paying. We sat and chatted and then decided to get a beer from the bar. And then we went outside and sat in lawn chairs. There was a slight breeze and the sun was trying to find it's way out from behind the clouds. The sun did finally come out but did not stay long as the clouds kept covering it up.

Andy and I chatted and got to know each other better. It's easier for me to talk in the nude as for some reason my shyness does not appear. We got up and headed for the whirpool. We had it all to ourselves. Then we got out and sat and chatted some more. I went for a swim, while he sat. Then it was back into the whirpool, only this time there were some more people in it. We chatted with each other and with the others in the whirpool. After we could stand no more of the heat, we went to the solarium and got some lounge chairs and laid down. It was nice and warm there, the sun kept coming in and out. We both fell asleep in the chairs. When we woke, we went back into the whirpool, then back to the solarium. It was soon time for us to go, so we packed up our gear and left.

It is a nice place. But there is a but.

I found it to be stuffy. The people seemed like snobs. Well it is to me a yuppie resort. I did see women staring at me and giving me the eye and I was not doing anything wrong. You are only allowed 2 visits a year and then you have to decide to join.

Costs are:
25.00 per couple
25.00 for single men (they just started allowing single men)
15.00 for women
7.00 for kids

They have rooms here and there is trailor parking as well, camping.

I just found this resort to be full of stuck up people. You know snobs. Andy told me that a few days before we went he went there and tried to get information from them and he felt like he was treated badly. They were reluctant to give him any info and the folks there were staring at him. Well that is my take on it.
