New listing for Gulf Islands.

Georgeson Bay on Galiano Island, BC is about a 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Sturdies bay. Beautiful scenic view of Active Pass with a nice sandy beach and very quiet. Access is about a 15 minute walk from the top of the trail at buffs park. Very similar to the trail to Wreck beach. See map below. There is a sign at the top of trail stating quite clearly that it is a clothing optional beach.

I have been going there the last two years without incident.

On another note:

The Cambell Bay beach is on Mayne Island is still active but it is somewhat questionable. I live on Mayne but have abandoned Cambell Bay due to the rocks. The sand at Georgeson is much more comfortable.
