Couples, Ocho Rios, Jamaica September 1995

We did two excursions outside of the resort. This picture is from the sunset cruise on a very large catamaran. They pick you up at the resort on the beach (and at other resorts too) and cruise around the island. They stop in a lagoon and everyone jumps in for a swim. Of course, there is lots of rum punch for everyone. This picture is from the net on the front of the catamaran. You can just lay there on top of the rushing water as the boat cruises around. You should go there first since people don't realize that this is the best spot until later in the cruise.

We also climbed the Dunn's River Falls. That was a lot of fun. It is generally very crowded and a bit over developed (tourist trap) but still worth it. The day we were there one person had done her hair and put on makeup. Don't bother! It also helps to have some footware. If you have watershoes, bring them for this.

Like on a cruise, there was a resort photographer taking pictures and selling them later. (at a high price of course) This one was good so we bought it.
