These photos were taken last August on the (gloriously warm) island of Fuerteventura. Annette (my partner) and myself spent 7 nights there and while there are no recognised naturist facilities on the island, we discovered, much to our pleasure, that almost all the beaches are clothes optional. However, while we advise discretion in areas with a high concentration of families with small children, we didn't experience any problems at all and would recommend the island to anybody looking for a quiet "get-away-from-it-all" holiday.

The beach picture was taken at El Cortillo which is not only popular with naturists due to the availability of "self-space", but also, because of the high waves, with surfers whom we found very entertaining to watch. El Cortillo can be found to the north of the island just to the west of the ever popular Correlejo.
