a. UA, Texas: Seven Grills B&B in Arlington, Texas, Report. June 2009. We just spent the most fabulous weekend at SEVEN GRILLS B&B. We had never heard of this place before but we found the location on the TANPAGES.com . So we took a chance and it was incredible. It was the best time we had in some time. B&B here stands for bed and 'BEYOND' in this case. More than just fabulous breakfasts made to order, EVERY meal, snack and beverage were included. Everything, except alcohol. And we took care of that. Plus if you fly into the DFW area, no matter which airport, they pick you up and take you back. And if you want to go anywhere like SIX FLAGS or shopping they will take you and pick you up. They are located in town and close to everything. They just opened and are the newest B&B in Texas, so amenities are minimal, no pool or hot tub yet, but the food alone was worth TWICE what we paid. Dave and Connie are great hosts. He has to be the greatest chef we have ever met. There is nothing he can't prepare. Saturday night was like a giant party with more food than you can imagine. We selected the "DOUBLE OH SEVEN, LICENSE TO GRILL" meal and watched him prepare so much food we could barely do breakfast the next morning. We will be going back on a regular basis, just for Dave and Connie's hospitality and Chef Dave's food. As Chef Dave says: OW-CHEE-WAWA! Thanks Carol and Stanley for the report.

1. Body Painting page:
a. Body Painting Photos. Free high resolution body painting photos for the world championships in Austria. See how each unique body painting art develops. Highly recommended for a visit. These photos are from the World Body Painting Festival is held during the third week of July every year in Seebonden and Carinthia, Austria. This is the largest festival for the Bodypainting community. Over 100 body painting artists and models that attend this festival with thousands of visitors from all over the world eager to see this art every year. The first four days are comprises of special workshop and lesson events while the last three days of the festival is open to the public. I was lucky enough to attend this event full of live music, snacks and cafes and had a wonderful time taking these photos. You can see how each of the unique pieces of art develops as the day progresses. The models and artists get the opportunity to show the art on their body against the magnificent scenery of Millstatter See. a. USA, Texas: Seven Grills - "Weekends at Seven Grills" is a brand new B&B in Arlington, Texas with an entirely new concept. We love the 'All-Inclusive' concept with resorts when we travel so we decided to create an economical 'All-Inclusive' B&B! First we include ground transportation to and from DFW Airport, Dallas Love Field, or any of the area municipal airports. We are just five minutes form Arlington Municipal Airport. Next we include all your ground transportation while you stay with us. So if you want to go to Six Flags, the Fort Worth Stockyards, or just shopping, we are there for you. b. USA, Michigan: Michigan Naturists. We are creating a Family Friendly, Gender Balanced club in the Detroit – Flint – Ann Arbor area. This club will be open to singles, however a balance between men and woman will be maintain among active members so that women and their families can feel comfortable attending its events. The website was developed to see if there is sufficient interest in forming a family oriented, gender balanced non-landed naturists club in the Flint, Detroit, Ann Arbor Michigan area. The purpose of the club would be two fold. One is to give us something to do in the winter and two, to serve as a means of getting to gather with like minded people. A shared experience is more enjoyable than an individual one. During the summer months, dates can be scheduled where club members can get together at one of Michigan's resorts or for trips out of state to other resorts. a. USA, New York: Lighthouse Beach Report on Fire Island. July 16 2008. My wife and I are relatively new to the nude experience and have been visiting various areas in Massachusetts and New York. Among the New York areas, Lighthouse beach on Fire Island is far and beyond my favorite. This is a posted "Clothing Optional" beach which is populated by family's, couples and individuals. Fire Island is just past Long Island and is connected to Long Island by a causeway...
b. USA, Texas: Pondarosa Resort at Will's Point, Texas. July 2008. I tented here for the 4th of July weekend, 2008, which is my favorite way, as close to nature as possible. My plans had changed on short notice and yet the owner and management here were still able to book me with but two days notice. As a single nudist with my dog, I was truly surprised that they were able to do this so quickly. My first impression was the cleanliness of the grounds, as I arrived Thursday evening less than an hour before sundown, and they were as spotless as you could possibly expect after a day's use. And, they WERE spotless at the beginning of each day I was there...
c. USA, Texas: Emerald Lake Resort, Porter, Texas. July 2008. This was the perfect place for the kind of weekend I was looking for: a quiet, relaxing and nude weekend. And, that is exactly what I got, so I wasn't disappointed. This is probably the most natural of the clubs and resorts that I have thus far visited in Texas, as Louisiana really doesn't offer much in the way of nude recreation. This is the only resort I remember visiting that didn't have a swimming pool, although they have a marked off area for swimming in the lake itself. The lake also offers fishing, possibly jet skiing (presumably you could bring your own for this, check with the office), they have some paddleboats available, and a canoe. There is also one of those 'zip lines' that you can ride into the water if you just have to make a big splash. There's a boat ramp at one end of the lake, so presumably you could also ski here if you brought a power boat, although it would be pretty tight for slower boats to get up to speed...
d. USA, Alabama: Gymno-Vita Park, Vandiver (Lawley), Alabama. July 2008. This is a report of our visit to Gymno-Vita Park in July 2008. My wife called it the friendliest nudist resort we had ever visited and we would definitely go back. G-V is located about 20 or 25 miles east of Birmingham, a few miles south of I-20. It is about an hour's drive from Birmingham. Directions are below. I have to say that Gymno-Vita's owners are old-timers who operate in their own fashion, which might unintentionally be off-putting to some. When I telephoned (something I always do before visiting a nude resort), I told the lady who answered that my wife and I would like to visit and we were AANR and TNS members. I asked for directions, and she told me she could not give me directions from out-of-state. She wanted to mail us a brochure instead. When I said we wanted to come down that day or the next for the weekend, she told me to drive until we got close (I said I had found Vandiver on a state map) and then to call for directions. Honestly, if we had not been invited to meet another couple there, we would never have left home. As it was, however, we assumed G-V was legit, in spite of these first impressions...
e, USA, Connecticut: Solair Recreation League Report. August 2008. We decided to make a trip to Connecticut to visit Solair Recreation League and spent several days there during the first week of August 2008. Solair is truly a spectacular nudist park. It is extremely well maintained and all the people we met were very friendly. As far as facilities it has something for everybody; a spring-fed pond for swimming and boating; good size pool; sauna; hot tub; community center; outdoor pavilion for dances, etc; fitness center; canteen; tennis courts; volleyball court and just about everything you could ask for. While Solair is singles friendly there was a good balance between males and females. There were also a good number of youth who were quite comfortable nude. The youth do tend to put on clothes a bit more than the adults, but they were having a great time in the pool, sauna, hot tub and taking in activities like tie-dying t-shirts. It was nice to see the younger generation enjoying the nudist lifestyle. We absolutely loved the setting with over 400 acres of woods that have trails winding through them. We took a hike up towards the rifle range and branched off into the yellow trail (marked with yellow paint spots on the trees). It was a nice walk through the woods that saw us come upon the remnants of settlement from many years before. There were stone walls that marked where old houses and other outbuildings had once stood. Another walk we took was along Bare Trail which takes you through the pine woods, across the rock face that is beside the pond. What a nice feeling of the pine needle path underneath your feet as you take in the marvelous scenery that Solair has to offer. On the weekend we were there, there was lots to do with a dance with a "pirates" theme dance one evening and a movie playing in the community center another night. There was a bonfire on the beach two of the nights we were there. The pool and hot tub were always busy, but never felt crowded. There was also a steady stream of players enjoying a game of tennis on the courts. During our stay we also made a visit to Old Sturbridge Village just on the other side of the border in Massachusetts. Clothing of course was required for this but it was well worth the sacrifice. On the days we went there (we took 2 days to fully take it all in) there were re-enactments of battles that took place during the Revolutionary War. It just so happened there was an historical encampment planned for that weekend, with hundreds of people in historical costumes. It was truly awesome and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. As far as we were concerned Solair was in a class of its own and we only wished we lived closer and could visit it more often. If you get a chance check it out as you will not be disappointed.

a. Aruba: Aruba.I was able to travel to Aruba in February for work and had a wonderful opportunity I want to share. I travel to Aruba every now and again, but rarely have any time for serious relaxation or other distractions. I have heard the many reports about the lack of nude or top-free opportunities on the island, but hidden among these reports, there have been a few notes of promise. One place mentioned is Bachelor Beach. I have been to this beach a few times and have witnessed nude use there. It has a sandy beach, but swimming is not recommended due to swift currents. On my last trip I did some exploring north of Boca Grande beach, where the wind surfers frequent and found paradise. I was determined on my next trip (this one) I would set aside some time to get acquainted with this spot...
b. USA, Washington: Fraternity Snoqualmie Report - Part 2. (Part 1 is below.) Written in 2002 but still valid in June 2008. Some thoughts on my first visit to the Fraternity Snoqualmie nudist club. I always wanted to jump out of an airplane with a parachute – so I did it. I’ve always wanted to visit a nudist club – So on a warm fall Friday I did that too. I’m glad I’ve now done both but for very different reasons. Both were great experiences. Parachuting was more exciting but I permanently injured my ankles and knees. Visiting the nudist club was far more relaxing and I didn’t injure anything...
c. USA, Washington: Fraternity Snoqualmie Report - Part 1. (Part 2 is above.) Written in 2002 but still valid in June 2008. I wrote this quickly after my first visit to a park in 2002. Did you ever want to try something, just once? Ever challenged to try? Travel the world, Teach at a University, Invent something, Visit a nudist park, be a famous writer, Vacation in Tahiti be a pilot, take up skydiving…. Take skydiving for instance. In a bull session at work the subject came up and I ventured that I’d probably like to try it once. One of the guys handed me a slip of paper with an address on it. He said: "Just show up Friday evening at 5." So I did… and the next day I was at the airport encumbered by innumerable pounds of equipment waiting for a flight. Thirty minutes later I began the experience of my lifetime enjoying the sport that gives you the most fun you can have with your clothes on. More about that later. Here’s how I filled another one of those goals...
